Botox (any One Like To Share ?)

Dear Ladies

If anyone like to share botox with me, please email to me at prayerjan@gmail.com

My doctor is using "Botox" and he is a certified doctor . Many doctors use the word Botox loosely to refer to other products made in Korea or China. However, Botox is a trade mark name which should not be used loosely unless the doctor is using the brand Botox.
Whole bottle is 100 units thus my doctor always advise to bring someone along to share
as half a bottle of 50 units is more than sufficient for one person.
We can split the cost and it will be cheaper. I'm doing the forehead and eyes area.
You can do anywhere that has wrinkles and or even jaws.
Try to let me know asap as I need to confirm our appointment with him.

I did a search but could not find an thread specficlaly for antioxidant products so decided to start one. ( if thre is one already which I dd not find, moderator please direct me to it and close this thread!)

Watched a taiwanese show recently and an expert said if we can only choose one supplement to take for the purpose of good and beautful skin, the choice would be antioxidant as it is for anti aging and keeps the skin young.

I then went around shopping for antioxidant products but there are quite a few brands of antioxidant tablets to choose from.

I narrowed down to " BRAND’S® InnerShine® Grape Seed Extract with Selenium"
simply beacuse the packaging and intro sounds very convincing.
However this is more expensive than other brands that specialised in other vitamins but I can't remmeber those brands ( american brand i think. basically all in the vitamins section of guardian pharmacy la.)
I do not want to fall for good marketing , so want to know if you guys know of any good antioxidant prodcuts to share before I uy this one

Thanks!

P/S: SOme Idoit accused me of indirect advertising so decided to edit my post.

Does Snip Avenue Discriminate Their Customers?

Hi, I had to get this off my chest.

Snip Avenue had a $0.80 haircut promotion few months ago.
My friend got his haircut on a school day and it seemed quite alright.

I decided to have mine at Tampines street 21 which is near my school.

The moment I stepped into the salon, I asked the person at the cashier counter how long would I have to wait for the 80 cents one. She did not even bother to look at me and simply pointed to the seats.

It was rude but I let it go. There were 3 school kids waiting and it took the hairdresser an hour to clear them all. Between each interval, he went for a break and started chatting happily with his colleague. There were few other staff who seemed to be free, but just 1 designated for cheap cuts (I think). When it was about to be my turn, he actually went out for dinner.

I was so surprised. What shet service is this? My hour was wasted waiting for a cheap cut.
I will never ever visit Snip Avenue again (Period)

Any others have bad experience with them as well?

Top 10 Skin Care Tips For 2012

Here we discuss about the top 10 skin care tips for acne skin care.

1) Eat a healthy diet. As they say, you are what you eat. If you practice eating the right kinds of food, it will show in your skin’s condition. Eating fruits and vegetables every day is good for the skin.

2) Drink lots of water. Keeping the body hydrated is essential for the skin. Water keeps the skin moist, which helps plump up wrinkles and fine lines.

3) Exercise. Perform some cardiovascular exercises at least 30 minutes every day. When you exercise, your blood and the nutrients in your body are able to flow with more ease.

4) Remove your make-up before going to bed. For your acne skin care, use water and cotton, or a make-up remover if it is difficult to remove.

5) Protect your skin from the sun. skin care tips will often tell you to apply sunscreen protection whenever necessary.

6) Apply night cream to your face every night, before going to bed. This moisturizes the skin and keeps it looking young and vibrant.

7) Cleanse, tone and moisturize. Use a facial cleanser to remove dirt that may clog pores and lead to acne. Next, apply the toner and then the moisturizer to keep the skin healthy and clean.

8) Choose the right skin products. As often as possible, use skin products that contain natural ingredients. Avoid astringents or any soap-based cleansers especially for the face.

9) Don’t pick your pimples. This advice is often included in skin care tips because doing so leads to scarring. Wait for the pimple to break out on its own.

10) Visit a dermatologist. This is especially important for those who have sensitive and acne-prone skin.
