hi all... i've been browsing sgcarmart.com and found a number of second-hand cars like not bad... do u think it is advisable to get a second-hand car? what are we supposed to look out for? some state low mileage but it's like >50000km (IMG:style_emoticons/default/blink.gif)

is it better off getting one from a reputable 2nd-hand car dealer than directly from the owners?

also, i'm confused... for those who are familiar with sgcarmart.com, does the price of used car incl COE or we have to add the price + coe to find out the total costs?

what do we need to take note when buying a used OPC (off-peak car) & convert it to a normal car? what are the additional costs & steps involved?
