I am not sure where should i post this but i guess it fits Health Talk best.

Wondering any one of the podders here use anyone of this to hydrate skin in air con room and to ease sinus.

I have sinus and its getting worse... and started to have dry skin. So i am wondering if its the air in my room.

I know some ppl use the humidifier in the air con room to prevent dry skin, chapped lips etc.
Does it works?

Is yes what are the brands that you girls are using ....
