any recommendation for instant paste/sauce which tastes nice??? be it curry paste, assam paste, pasta sauce, etc... great for making hassle free meals... or even powder...

for pasta, i usually use prego... it can be a little sour but adding a little sugar in will solve the problem... for japanese curry, i use those japanese curry cubes from any japanese brand since they taste about the same... but other than that, i am clueless about what sauce tastes good for cooking... am especially keen to know how to prepare curry chicken, the singapore version... i tried buying curry powder off the shelf & cooked but the results was not good...
