I have installed themes from cydia for my winterboard. How do you delete themes from winterboard?

I go to cydia, then go to manage, then click packages and remove whatever file I downloaded. But I downloaded too many files already so I forgot which files/themes that I have downloaded so don't dare to anyhow remove.

Can anyone list down which packages should not be removed? Or else if i remove wrongly, im afraid some thing might not work properly.
