Hi guys, I just alerted of a job as a CSO in a local bank (didn't specify which one yet, it's from a job agency.
What the agent said that the job scope is picking up calls to answer customers' queries and to answer emails. It is shift work, can be in the wee hours in the morning or can be normal office hours. I have two days off in a week but cannot be two weekends. Training is provided for 2-3 months. I don't have background in finance or business, I hold a Bachelor of Arts. So I assume that this job doesn't require much calculation, it's more of answering general queries? And the agent said the pay during training period will be $2.1 to 2.2 K, and may be more when I start working. Sounds too good for a call center! The job agency is a reliable and popular one. What do you think about this job? |
