hmmm... couldnt find any related threads thus i started one..
may i have your views on cust svc? what are the career prospects and wat do you see yourself as if you stay long in cust svc? i'm a dip holder and unfortunately, i hold a dip in chem related but yet i have no interest in chem industry. i hope to have more exposure in marketing field but yet i do not have relevant educational background. i've since worked in the customer svc field (almost to 2 yrs) which i feel kinda stagnant, there is no progress at all. do you tink i can apply for marketing jobs though i do not have relevant studies? kinda lost in wat path should i be taking.. sigh |
