Hi, I read somewhere that you apply eye makeup and then use the eyelash curler, then apply mascara last. However, when I do that, I feel that my eye makeup will need to be touched up and the curler will have eye shadow and eyeliner on it (all are powder or pencil, no liquid eyeliner).

What do you do, curl first or apply first?
