I not sure is this the right category to talk about CPF? Or I didn't see any thread regarding about CPF Contributions. But I suppose CPF Contributions is part of your Salary and is part of Finance. But please pardon me if there's similar threads.

I know that basically all full time jobs for adults need to contribute 20% of your salary to your CPF.
However, Can I ask about part-time jobs position which need to contribute to your CPF?
Because, I'm still a student, going to work as a part-time retail assistant. And have been told that there'll be cpf contributions from my salary. Can I know how many percent will I need to contribute? Because part-time jobs aren't earning that much money because the availability to work is not alot, and contributing to my cpf is okay but I hope not that much, or else not much net salary I'll get back at the end of the month.
