Those of you who have shopped at cleocat-fashion may be aware of their Buy Credits system.
Well, my sister transferred $100 on 29dec08, have emailed them several times YET we've not received any replies nor have they updated the credits to my sis's account.

Unfortunately I do not rule out the possibility of fraud, mainly because they've conveniently ignored our emails, plus, I've bought from them twice before and honestly, their service has ALOT of room for improvement. (IMO, they're only efficient when trying to get payments. (IMG:http://flowerpod.com.sg/forums/style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif) but that's another point)

I understand that their business is growing and stuff but honestly, it's been more than 1 week since my sis has transferred the money. I believe it's more than enough time for them to get back to us. As sellers, they should be more responsible esp when it comes to sensitive issues involving payment and money.

Has any of you bought credits from them before? How long did they take to update or get back to you?
