Hi girls, chinese new year's here and my hair seriously need a trim! However I do not want to spend too much on a hair cut. So anyone got any cheap recommendations for a nice haircut? I live in Sengkang by the way so hope to find one nearby. Preferably $20 and below for long hair. Hope someone can help me out here!
