my 1st job started in Nov 2009
then 2nd job started in Feb 2011 the next job is going to start in Feb 2012 During my latest interview i already tio suan by the HR manager that i jump every year and if i will leave them after one year, luckily i still got hired though My wage has only increased by around 200 compared to my first job my expected salary i usually put an increase of 10% as compared to last drawn (Is this the standard or?) Am i doing something wrong that my salary did not increase much |
