Hello everyone, I'm looking at buying a used OPC car. I'm a new driver, so I really do not know what to expect. Can anyone advice me with regards to the insurance, payment etc. Any useful info will be much appreciated. I do know that new inexperienced driver will face HUGE amount of insurance (some co. don't even want to take in), and my parents don't have driving license anyway...so anyway around this problem?
