Was hopping I can get some suggest/comments fr u all. Any idea what is the monthly installment for a DBSS/EC? BF and I are not so keen in North East area (or Bukit Pangjang), so not really considering BTO.

So we are looking at more of DBSS, or maybe EC. Any of you have any friends or urself currently owns a DBSS/EC? Can give some advice? Roughly how much you all pay for the downpayment?
