I have read up about toning arms and often, push-ups and side planks are mentioned... Have tried doing it at home but i feel like my arms totally have no strength? my arms cannot even support my body to do a proper push-up, not to mention side planks which seemed even more difficult... is there any way that i can train up my arms so that i will be able to do push-ups or side planks properly? pls kindly gimme some advice...
