well i stupidly got back together with my ex again after a week, despite all the verbal abuses thrown into my face when we broke up then.

now, i just found out thru his email that he had applied for a hdb flat with his mom and was looking at his eligibility of getting a loan. I was mad furious because before our break up, we had talked about buying a flat together and was looking around. The break up was in dec'11 and we got back together shortly after, about a week. Things had been peaceful between us for the past 2 months, no quarrels at all.

I confronted him about the hdb, and he claimed it was for investment purpose. So if we did get married, i have to stay with him which will take more than 1 hour to reach my workplace. I asked him if he doesn't see a future with me, he said i was being irrational and couldn't think properly. He didn't even want to answer my question, and just keep saying that he will change the name of the flat to me later on. I just don't understand, if he does see me as his future wife, then why not invest a property with me instead of his mom. At least I can also make a decision on the location of the flat and have it as my home also. I felt so heartbroken when I saw that email. Even when I saw the hdb letter earlier on and asked him about it, he lied to me and said his sister and mom are the one that's doing all the research while he hasn't bothered to submit any documents. It turns out to be untrue because he had attached his documents in the email!

He's a woodblock and the unromantic type. I had tried to learn to accept him for who he is, except now, after the quarrel, I can't believe I actually agree and compromise that v day and anniversary will be just a meet up for dinner and that's it. No flowers/presents. For this coming v day, he told me the place and I have to be the one that makes the reservation! And he doesn't get me little gifts, i know it sounds a bit silly, because I had been giving him small gifts whenever I'm out and see something that i know he will like or will wear. I'm feeling really sour over this upcoming v day. I just feel that he doesn't make efforts on special occasions, even during birthdays! I just felt so unimportant in his life.

I had been holding on because partly, part of me still feels that he does loves me, he will always make an effort to call me everyday. But I'm still very sour over him applying a flat without me. I don't know what's going on his mind right now. Should I just move on and forget about him?
