hi members, i'm sure i'm not the only 1 get cheated by some slon in s'pore. pls share with us the salon name and location.

incident 1: i had my rebond done at this "Top Step" salon in Ang Mo Kio during june 06. the hair stylish very bad. initially i go in as i was attracted by the price. my hair length can touches my bra hood. thus they only charge me for $150 inclusive of 1 treatment.

even tho the hair desser is very bad attitude i still do. in the end after 2 weeks, my in grown hair is out and i saw a "BEND" on the top of my hair. even ppls around me ask me about it. i got so mad i go back to dem. u noe wat he say, o even i redo for u it will still had "BEND"!!!

i ask him if rebond will had bend den i do for wat. he only ya ya tru and i cry inside the salon... i m so helpless despite after the rebond, the end all dry up and split end. and i got it cut it till shoulder length. i swear i wont go back again.

ladies pls share ur story here and let us learn ur lesson and wont visit dem again.

My hairstylish name : JAMES and normally he'll be at AMK or Hougang branch. Do take note of this salon as i write in to their boss and they nv even reply... very irresponsible. in the end i spent $600 to do treatment to my hair to get it normal again.

TOP STEP is the worst salon i ever come across...
