We've been tgt for 6 months. He was the more 'enthu' one, was the giver and im the taker.

Anyway, about 2 months ago, he wanted me to learn how to cook while he would learn driving (cos I wanted him to.) Went to sign up for his basic theory and all then asked when am I gonna cook for him. I said depends on my mood lor. I didnt mean that comment. He just replied "okay" and became very cold towards me.

For example, started going out with friends more, not initiating dates, basically wandering about with me w/o any plans. we're not really spending quality time together. We still talk and sms each other but he doesnt really tell me much about his life anymore. For example, when he had diarrhea, he posted on fb but didnt tell me even though we were chatting on msn. That hurt me a lot.

I talked to him many times, telling me how he's hurting me etc..but it's still the same. Finally, I asked him to be honest with me, and he said he still loves me w/o me asking the question. He loves me but doesnt know why his behaviour is like that after the abovementioned incident.

He said it's not easy to revert back to his old self. He acknowledged my acts of love and concern and said he's touched and appreciates them. I told him it's not easy for me as well, esp since I'm the kind who goes for emotional connection. But I'm trying hard cos I really want this r/s to work out.

I can see that he's making effort by telling me about his day but I still feel the wall between us when we talk. I really dont know what else to do to break down this wall...
