I had just done soft rebonding. This was done at a neighborhood salon so the actual rebonding was $150.(rebond+treatment+cut) My ends were dry to begin with, so stylist recommended to do this particular ampule treatment. She didn't quote the price at first which mislead me to think that it was under the $150 package.

So when rebonding was done, I immediately noticed that my hair wasn't soft and it was extremely tangled at the end and not to mention it was dry from mid length all the way down. Not only that, but the treatment cost me a whooping $100. Total came up to nearly $300. For that price alone, I could have EASILY gone to one of the more expensive salon. At the end she also tried selling me a serum for the ends which would end up with me PAYING more.

My hair looks horrible, its dry and it didn't even feel like I got a treatment to begin with. What should I do?! Should i call and complain to the manager or demand that i get a refund back for the rebonding? I feel terribly upset not to mention i feel cheated as well. I think for the price i have paid for--my hair has ended up looking even more worse. Help!!!
