I wondered if you guys patronised Jean Yip for manicure and pedicure before, because yesterday I did for the first time and my experience was not satisfied at all.

I was at Serangoon Nex and was done by a manicurist called, Amber.

Firstly, she did not seem friendly. Okay, perhaps she had a tough and tiring time before serving me, but she did not smile at all.

Second, I opt in for classic pedicure as I thought of pampering myself since CNY is around the corner. However, she was pretty rough on my toe nails and rushed thru' the whole part in applying the lotion. Just apply and that's all. I mean c'mon, if you have appointment to meet then don't get me to do classic pedicure and I can understand because it's CNY period. Everything was shortened. How I know? Because the other customer who was served by another manicurist, was well attented and I compared the way my manicurist done to theirs and really worth their cents.

When I told her that I decided to do classic manicure instead of gelish nail + classic manicure, her face turned even charcoal black... She did not even use the dryer for my toes!!! And worst, when I told her I want it the french manicure (extra paint), she was not happy again. Harloe, not as if it's FOC. I'm paying...!!!!

Okay, so again, she rushed thru' and then later, while my nails are drying, she hurried billed me. And I thought perhaps she was busy with other appointments, but guess what, she was hanging around doing nothing at all!!!

And 5 mins later, she chased me off.

There was still a lot of seats uncovered, so why the hurry? Plus I'm paying for the service yet I get this craps outta it.

I want to write a feedback via email, do anyone knows what's the email because I can't find it thru' online.

Sigh. please people, if you want to go to that branch, don't choose that tomboy, Amber.
