there was an article recently in the chinese papers regarding an increased in the number of folks seeking for free legal advice. It went on justifying the increased demand for free legal advice at this time due to unjust termination by employer, etc.



A few stories were relating in the article:

Man in his 40s who has worked for the employer for a good number of years (can't rem how many yrs. MOre than 5 yrs). He ought to be compensated XX months salary as retrenchment package should he be retrenched. However, he was asked to go on the account of his underperformance.

A lady was offered a post in Company A. She resigned from Company B to join Company A. HOwever, it was made known to her only after her resignation to COmpany B that Company A will not be able to take her in. But she's at a loss.

Man started new job for barely 3 mths i think. And he was asked to go. Can't recall what was the explanation given by the employer.


Is anyone here in the same position as these mentioned above and something similar or something unjust? Blast them here! To protect yourself, do not mention name of company here.
