I just e-filed last week and got a date just one week before my rom day. Noticed that the couples who e-filed that day is over 500 plus. Does it mean that all 500 plus couples will be collecting their certs on that day too? I ask another friend of mine, she say usually collection is one week before rom. For those who have collected, do u have to take queue number and wait long?
