Seems rather convenient, as there is a LRT station nearby and it is also quite walkable to Punggol MRT. However, I realised that it is in between of a temple, 2 churches, 2 schools and a medical centre. (IMG:http://flowerpod.com.sg/forums/style_emoticons/default/dry.gif)
