I don't think this is under "Love" coz it's not really about "Love"...

Anyway, any married couples can advise? Totally new to this buying flat thing. RESALE flat. What are the steps involved and what are the standard costs to take note of (not cost of flat, like must pay how many percent for whatever, etc).

I tried looking through HDB website and talking to them but I'm still confused. Need a point of view of someone who's been through it.
