Any bankers arnd here, Local uni accountancy undergrad and currently in my final year. I am interested to apply for a banker job. May i know how does one actually go about in applying for banker position? I went to a few local banks websites and i have difficulty finding job position as bankers for fresh grad. Most of the bank position are for managment level which require someone with 2-3 years of sales experience.
I have to ask a very noob question. Do i have to apply for XXX Bank Management Associate in order to become a banker ? (I cannot find job titles like : Personal banker , Relationship banker which i am interested to apply in the local bank websites) Does that mean bankers must go through management associate trainings ?
