Seen it already. Not exactly that fantastic but not too bad overall.
Like the theme song. Today's Straits Times has an article on it. 2 pages long, I think. It has been nominated in 4 categories, Best Actress, Best Newcomer, Best New Director and Best Original Film Song. The lead actress Michelle Chen's pay package has jumped 100-fold after the success in box office both in Taiwan and HK. They also went Japan for promotion. But why not in Singapore? (IMG:http://www.flowerpod.com.sg/forums/style_emoticons/default/sad.gif) At times, feel sad that the foreigners do not view Singapore as an important market. Hope the completion of some Film Technopolis in Buona Vista in future will help Singapore to gain more recognition. Well, the movie really takes you back to school days and the screen chemistry between the lead actor, Ko Chen-tung and lead actress, Michelle Chen is really great! |
