I did a search but could not find an thread specficlaly for antioxidant products so decided to start one. ( if thre is one already which I dd not find, moderator please direct me to it and close this thread!)

Watched a taiwanese show recently and an expert said if we can only choose one supplement to take for the purpose of good and beautful skin, the choice would be antioxidant as it is for anti aging and keeps the skin young.


I then went around shopping for antioxidant products but there are quite a few brands of antioxidant tablets to choose from.

I narrowed down to " BRAND’S® InnerShine® Grape Seed Extract with Selenium"
simply beacuse the packaging and intro sounds very convincing.
However this is more expensive than other brands that specialised in other vitamins but I can't remmeber those brands ( american brand i think. basically all in the vitamins section of guardian pharmacy la.)
I do not want to fall for good marketing , so want to know if you guys know of any good antioxidant prodcuts to share before I uy this one
