Do you guys clean your beds regularly to prevent dust mites and bed bugs?

Also there are studies that says that having a dust mite free bed helps prevents or keep at bay, allergies and asthma.

How many of you guys are using a UV Bed Vacuum cleaner with HEPA filter that can perform this task, please share if you have reduced allergies or it keeps your asthma at bay?
