Hi, Im newbie here. I would like to seek advice on how I can lose more weight like, 10+kg. I have signed up fitness classes. The following which what I did in e past few days:
Monday 1st time exercise after many yrs
Bfast - Turkey ham & cheese
Lunch - Tuna sandwich
Dinner - 1/4 Ramen (veg only)
30min - Slight gym workout
8min - walking (5.5km/h)+ running(7km/h)
Tuesday
Bfast - Turkey ham & cheese
Lunch - 1/2 rice wif fish fillet + 1 veg
Dinner - 1/2 Ho Fun (gravy) + 1/2 chocalate milk
Dinner was @ 10pm (coz KB finished @ 9pm)
10min - walking(5.5km/h) + running (7.5km/h)
55min - Kick boxing
Wednesday
Bfast - Turkey ham & cheese
Lunch - 1/4 rice wif 2 veg + 1 tofu + 2 sliced watermelon
Dinner - skipped coz NB finished at 8:30pm
1hr 10min - New Body (workout+toning using dumbell)
Thursday
Bfast - Turkey ham & cheese
Lunch - 1/4 rice + 2 veg + squeezed orange juice
Dinner - 1/2 smoked salmon sandwich @ 9:30pm
3 min slow walk as warm up (4km/h) + 5min running (7.5km/h) + 35min - walking (6.2km/h) *All non-stop
Followed by 5 min cycling + 15 sit up
I weighted myself liao, the above 4 days of exercise, i lost 0.5kg but i not sure is it true, i scared e next time i weight, i heavier back coz my sis gain 1kg... is tis a gd start 4 mi?
If I continue 2 do the above, does it help 2 lose weight? I plan 2 go either gym/workout everyday after work. Is it advisable 2 skip dinner as normally after classes, it will be after 9pm liao. If I eat den will be supper rite?? tats y i dun eat... n wat is recommend 4 mi 2 eat 4 bfast?? Pls help (IMG:
