What would you do if someone accidently step on your foot but apologised. Will you scold that person even when she apologised?

Feel so sad and down.

Just came back from train journey from raffles place. I got scolded by an unreasonable woman. The train moves and I lost my balance thus I accidently step on her foot.

She shouted "OUCH!" "Your heel is stepping on my foot"
Then I sd "Sorry sorry, I'm really sorry"
Then she go on and on saying so loud "Do you know how to stand?" "Do you know it hurts?" Its your heel that steps on my foot" "Do you know that it's painful"
Throughout her accusing I keep apologising.
I told her "I am sorry, I din did this on purpose" this woman goes on and on until i say "I already say sorry, what more do you want me to do!"
Then she shouted and sd "Then stand properly next time"
So embarrassing as there were so many people in the train... I din want to make a big fuss bcos there are so many people and its not nice to shout or scold her back since I was the one who step on her foot. I feel that given a certain level of education - one shd nt behave in this way but yet this woman give it all. She is like in her late 20s.

the best part, my colleague is with me and none of them speak up for me and yet we continue our talking.. haiz.... why like that? Feel so down and why cant people just be more forgiving?

Normally, I'm the gan ho type of person who will fight for others but when its come to myself I seem to be more conservative...

Although I din went on further to stare or curse her when i am on the train but as long as I get out of the train - I keep cursing her in my heart kekekekeke... Just cant stand her...

Have you guys encountered such incident before? How do you guys deal with it? How do the person tt you step react?
