I feel that this world is really unfair. When it's my fault, I have to pay, when it's not my fault, I have to pay too.
Here goes the story.
I was need to park my car so I put my hazard light way before I reached the lot. Anyone with the right common sense will stop a distance behind me. I thought this was clear enough, so I stopped and reversed (it is my fault that I didn't check behind) and banged. This dumb car was right behind me. It got scratched and this arrogant couple insulted me and was rude to me cause they think that i'm a little girl (nice to bully). Many minor details i will left out but in the end they claimed my insurance.
second incident
My brother was going straight and this car is going to U-turn. My brother is going straight. In order to avoid him, my brother turned his bike and in the end fall and injured. This driver even claimed that it's my brother's fault. (EVERYBODY knows straight has the right of way!) He is only willing to pay for half of the service fee of the bike. Should he claim his insurance too? How to go about doing it? Or should he asked for full payment for the service fee of the bike?
