i have 3 job offers and i don't know which to take!

1) Operations Executive at a B2B marketing agency
pay: 2k, no AWS, no bonus
mainly doing paper work and processing. may need to OT if cannot meet deadlines
permanent position

2) Admin Assistant with a property developer
pay: 1.7k
paper work that is related to my course of study. i study property.
temp position for about 3 - 6 months, will convert to permanent if performance is satisfactory. permanent staff has AWS and bonus

3) Contract Officer at UOB's trade department
pay: 2k, additional 1 month's pay after completion of contract, no bonus
handle enquiries and phone calls, walk-in customers on bank products. paper work includes checking of documents and general admin work
the director told me most of the time this department leaves on the dot, so no OT.
1 year contract

what are the chances of being converted to permanent or contract extended for UOB?
i'm actually quite interested in the UOB job but i got in pretty easily. when i met the manager for interview, he was practically 'selling' me the job. the good environment, a good stepping stone etc. he went on and on without asking me any questions and just told me how the bank and his department works for 40 mins. i wasn't even interviewed... not that i'm complaining but just feel weird.

say i'm ok with all the job scopes, considering only the salary package and job experience for future prospects, which one should i take? i'm planning to work for 2 - 3 years then study full time for a degree in business management.
